Diabetes and the Menopause – online event 23rd Jan 2024

Diabetes UK have organised a free online event – Diabetes and the Menopause – on Tuesday 23rd January 2024 from 6.30pm to 8pm, via Zoom.

Changes to female hormones can affect blood sugar levels and make managing diabetes more difficult. Anne Eltringham Cox (Community Diabetes Specialist Nurse)  will discuss the menopause – how it affects women’s experience of living with diabetes and what they can do about it – plus a Q&A.
