BeeZee Families are hosting a fun and free 11-week lifestyle programme to encourage families to be healthier and happier at four locations across the borough.
Creating Conversations CIC and Waltham Forest NHS Mental Health & Wellness team are running a free Understanding Grief talk at Walthamstow Library, High Street, E177JN on Thursday 9th May from 6.30pm to 8pm.
Lee Valley Regional Park Authority have started a new health walk programme which explores the scenic routes around Walthamstow Marshes, Hackney Marshes and the Olympic Park. All walks are FREE and there is no need to pre book. This programme is perfect for individuals looking to become more active and meet new people.
Barts Health is taking part in the mPower clinical trial which is testing if a new vaccine can protect people against illness caused by mpox (previously referred to as monkeypox).
