Then please join us at the next meeting of the Patient Participation Group (PPG) Forum on Tuesday 14th May, from 6pm to 8pm at the Addison Road Medical Practice, 46 Ravenswood Road, Walthamstow, E17 9LY. Parking is free on the side streets around the practice after 4pm.

Welcome and introductions.

1.    Share best practice and learning on how to develop a strong PPG and what decide what it should do?  Look at the various toolkits and resources and share any of our own. Links to PPG/PCN clinical leads.

2.    Provide useful information/guidelines on what the basic GP service should be for patients across Waltham Forest? We have invited someone from FedNet to come along and talk about the general GP offer.

3.    Identify common themes/concerns that should be escalated. Please bring any themes/concerns from your practice.
