Preparing for Winter Wellness - 29th October in Walthamstow
This event is being held on Tuesday 29th October from 11am to 3pm at Walthamstow Community Hub, 18A Orford Road, E17 9LN.
Residents from Chingford and Walthamstow are invited to attend from 11am to 1pm and residents from Leyton and Leytonstone are invited to attend from 1pm to 3pm.
There will be information and advice stalls on:
- pension credits;
- welfare and benefits & debts;
- food and weight management;
- bereavement & carers;
- mental health, wellbeing cafes and warm spaces;
- HEET & energy advisor;
- health screening advice;
- COVID & flu vaccinations;
- employment advice & support;
- befriending.
