Are you struggling with your mental health? Have you been affected by youth violence? Would you like someone to talk to?
Commenced Saturday 15th February 2025 for 12 weeks until 3rd May, at Leyton Library, Lea Bridge Road, E10 7HU.
Drop-in Sessions for a broad range of individuals who need short-term mental health support from 9am to 12pm.
Lyrics Group Therapy - a space where individuals can express themselves through rap, spoken word and poetry.
Group Therapy for parents and individuals affected by youth violence.
