Age UK Waltham Forest have organised some events - a singing group, walking tennis, circuits classes and Bollywood dance.

Join the new singing group! 

Looking for a fun and welcoming space to sing your heart out? Join Harmonies at The Hub—no singing ability required, just good vibes and great company!

When: Every Wednesday, 4:15 - 5:15 PM (starting on 2nd April)
Where: The Hub, 58 Hall Lane E4 8EU

No need to book—just drop in and sing along!

Walking Tennis

Walking Tennis sessions are specially designed for those over 60, allowing you to play at your own pace while staying active. No matter your experience level, these sessions are perfect for everyone! 

When: Fridays 2-3pm 

Where: Lloyd Park Tennis Courts, Forest Rd E17 4PP

Cost: £4

Circuit Classes 

Join strength based circuits class designed for those over 50. Strength training in older adults helps improve joint health, reducing the risk of falls, fractures, and chronic conditions like osteoporosis and diabetes.

When: Mondays 1:30-2:30pm 

Where: Yonder Climbing Centre, 6 Hooker's Rd E17 6DP

Bollywood Dance 

Looking for a fun way to exercise? Bollywood Dance Classes offer a fantastic workout. Whether you’re a beginner or brushing up on your skills, you'll get a great cardio workout while having a blast

When: Tuesdays 11am-12pm 

Where: CRATE St James Street, 35 St James St E17 7FY
